  • Is Himalayan Rock Salt safe?
    Original Himalayan Rock Salt is completely safe and is unadulterated from its original source.
  • What are the benefits of Himalayan Salt Lamps?
    When switched ON, salt lamps offer all the benefits of an ionizer coupled with the functionality of a regular lamp. Even in switch OFF mode, the salt attracts the moisture in the air and releases negative ions into the indoor environment.
  • How long will the Salt Lamp last?
    Himalayan Salt Lamps will last for a long period. To enhance the life always keep away the lamps from humid situations, such as out doors, near open windows in a humid area, bathroom, etc.. and follow the INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARING SALT LAMPS.
  • Why Himalayan Salt Lamp Sweat?
    This is caused by the natural properties of salt. Since Salt is hygroscopic, it draws moisture from the air by default. For this reason if you place a salt lamp anywhere, especially in the open or in humid environments, water from the air will naturally start to condense on the surface. When enough of it condenses, it will start dripping to the base, hence the terms crying and leaking. It’s impossible to completely avoid it, unless keep in a very arid area. Or if they are left turned OFF for long periods of time, it will start to sweat.
  • How to change the light bulb?
    Unplug the lamp and open the fixture out through the bottom (wooden base). Then can be easily remove or replace bulbs.
  • How do I shop?
    (1) Find the items you want to buy - Identify the items would like to purchase. (2) Add the items to shopping cart - While on the product details page, select the quantity & size (if applicable) in the drop down box. Click on "ADD to CART" button. Once added an item to Shopping Cart, continue to search or browse the site until the cart contains all of the items want to order. (3) Proceed to checkout - Click on "CART" icon placed on the top corner of the page. Take a moment to review all of the items placed in the CART & Click on "CHECKOUT" button. (4) Enter a shipping address & other relevant information - Tell us where you would like us to ship your order. We do not ship to "POST BOX" addresses. (5) Check order details - Verify the item selected, the shipping address provided and the amount payable. Click on "Continue" button to proceed. (6) Payment option - Select from the available payment options and click on "Place Order" button to complete your order.
  • When will you ship my new order?
    We normally ship all orders within 2 - 4 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on your location.
  • What shall I do if I receive a damaged product?
    If you receive the package in a bad condition or if the package is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. In the event of receiving a damaged product, please inform us via mail or message at the earliest and initiate a return. We will resolve the issue to your satisfaction by replacing the product or arrange for a refund according to our Return/Exchange Policy.
  • Can I place orders for a delivery to more than one address?
    Each order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you may place multiple orders.
  • What if, I receive wrong product than I ordered?
    Although we strive for perfection and sometimes the wrong products are shipped from our warehouses / processing centre. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact us via phone/email, so that we can work to get you your product at the earliest.
  • When & how can I cancel an order?
    You can cancel your order before it leaves from warehouse / processing centre OR within 12 hours from the time of placing the order whichever is early. Inform the cancellation by calling us with the order number. If you have received the product and want to return, then please send back the same without open the packet. Refund will be made after deducting the onward shipping charges. We can only process the refund once we receive the product.
  • How will my item packed?
    All items are carefully packed with proper enclosures so as to avoid any form of damage.
