Salt inhalers have been used for many years to help heal sore throats, respiratory conditions, allergies, asthma, bronchitis, sinus infections and more. Himalayan rock salt helps clear the mucus that contains harmful bacteria by dehydrating the bacterial cells until they die. Salt inhaler is a simple way to reduce symptoms and limit pathogens and to help ease breathing problems. 
 
Salt Inhaler consists of a chamber to fill salt crystals at bottom and connected to the top with a tube.  Provided an opening at the bottom to allow air passage during inhalation.
 
To use the inhaler, simply place your mouth on the pipe and breathe in through the mouth and out through the nose.  Take slow and deep breaths in and hold the inhaled salt air for 1-2 seconds before breathing out. 
 
When breathe in through the tube air is sucked in through the bottom and pulled up through the salt crystals. The salt infused air with very tiny microscopic salt particles carried all the way deep into the lungs down to the bronchi and bronchioles. This is where they act and cure a variety of respiratory ailments.
Always make sure to store the salt inhaler in a dry, clean place for maximum benefit.
While filling the salt, just open the salt chamber from the bottom of the inhaler and pour the salt in. Only use coarse Himalayan salt to fill the inhaler, as fine salt may be sucked during inhalation, causing irritation and problems.
Precautions - Some individuals might be allergic to Himalayan salt. Stop using,  if develop allergic reactions.
