All orders are shipped from our place of storage / processing center to your provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes 2-3 working days. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Shipping to remote locations may take slightly longer than usual, or may be denied.

Technotrade Trading & Contracting WLL partners with third party logistic service to fulfill delivery requirement. While entering shipping address, the buyer should ensure to provide complete and accurate shipping address with landmark and contact number. Technotrade Trading & Contracting WLL  shall not be liable, if the product delivery failed due to the buyer's failure in providing complete and accurate information.

Shipping destinations offered by www.technotrade.qa for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time. If the delivery attempt fails, the package(s) will return to our warehouse. If you would like to have the package(s) re-delivered, you have to pay the re-delivery fee. If an item which you have ordered, and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your order date.

 

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order for different people with different shipping address, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to post office box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

If you receive the product in a bad condition or if the package is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Examine the product at the time of receiving the parcel to make sure, that there is no visible damage, incorrect or missing parts. In the event that, there are missing, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of the parcel. For any other problem with the products, please contact us  or refer to return policy.

The Free Shipping offer is subject to change at any time.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

To be eligible for an exchange / refund, the product must return in original condition.

Exchange will apply if you receive an incorrect item sent other than the product you have ordered or damaged / defective product sent by us.  You will receive the refund or another product, (will decide according to the circumstances prevail).

Exchanges or return request shall inform to us by email / message within 2 days of receiving your order. The return has to process within 6 days from the receipt of the returned product. Unfortunately, any attempt made after the stipulated period is not acceptable for a refund / replace.

 

In the case you receive damaged / defective products, we request you to capture and attach images of the product along with the request. The defect mentioned has to be distinctly visible in the image/ images attached.

 

Once we receive your mail and the returned product, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return we will send you the new product (subject to availability), or will make a refund in to the account of original credit / debit card or the mode of payment adopted at the time of purchase. Customers have to pay for the courier charges for returning the products. The product has to be unused and in the same condition as received with attributes such as original packaging, tags, labels, hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments in place. Requests for exchanges / refund will reject if the item does not meet the criteria.

Note: While accepting the delivery of your order, please ensure that the package is in good condition with necessary tags/ labels/ information on it. In case you find the damaged package or appears tampered, kindly decline the delivery and immediately inform the same to our customer care.

Non-returnable products.

All products below QR.60.00 shall not apply for return/refund/cancellation/replacement.  Any product / products purchased at the time of Grand sale /Mega sale, Bumper sale or sale during any festivals or festivities cannot returned/refunded/cancelled/replaced except damaged products & delivery of wrong products.

Cancellation policy

 

Any cancellation request is acceptable only if the customer initiates the same within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation policy is ineffective for the purchases made during festivals or any other occasions. Since it is occasion-based limited offer sales, cancellations do not apply.

Mismatch? You can reach out for the customer support within 24 hrs if the product received does not match with the actuals (displayed on site). Colour of the product may slightly vary because of photographic lighting sources or mobile / computer monitor settings. CS shall evaluate and do what it needs.

For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty shall redirect to the manufacturer. The issue will address one to one directly. Some products directly shipped to the buyer from manufacturer’s / distributor’s warehouse. The right to decline/ change the terms of return, refund or replacement warranty at any time is at the manufacturer’s / distributor’s discretion.

Refund mode & TAT

After a close evaluation of the case, we will arrive onto the eligibility and percentage of the refund. Further, if concluded eligible, the refund amount will credit to the account that used for the said purchase.

Refund amount for the products purchased by using Credit card/Debit card/Net banking will forward to the designated bank account within 15 working days from approval of the request.

It is the responsibility of the customer to furnish the account details once the return process started. Any delay beyond 7 days shall make the clause defunct.

Disclaimer

If you believe that your online banking security breaches, (in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or misuse of your account ID, PIN, Password, or any credit/debit card number or net banking login details, if applicable), In such case you immediately have to notify technotrade.qa and indemnify to us from any liabilities occurred because of the misuse. To abide by the guidelines, under any circumstances, we will not inquire your confidential information.

 

Technotrade.qa will never call SMS or email you to inquire or verify the credit card number/ CVV number/OTP, etc.

 

We will never ask your ATM PIN or your online password.

 

Technotrade.qa does not share any customer information. However, we must cooperate fully, if a situation arises, where required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer.
