Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from www.technotrade.qa are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Technotrade Trading & Contracting WLL and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, technotrade.qa does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by technotrade.qa itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Qatari Riyal represents the full price of the product and shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees.
With respect to items sold on www.technotrade.qa, we charge you in full before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products, which is not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be wrongly priced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Qatari Riyals.
Shipping
All orders are shipped door-to-door from the warehouse / processing center to your provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes 2 - 3 working days. But some cases it may take more time depends the delivery facility available with the shipping partner at the particular delivery area. Shipping to remote locations may take slightly longer than usual, or may be denied.
We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form. While entering shipping address, the buyer should ensure to provide complete and accurate shipping address with landmark and contact number. Technotrade Trading & Contracting WLL shall not be liable, if the product delivery failed due to the buyer's failure in providing complete and accurate information.
Exchanges, Returns And Refunds
Technotradeexports will replace the defective product or refund the product cost, whichever convenient to technotradeexports. Once we receive the returned goods, we will ship your replacement product or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original credit card/mode of payment adopted at the time of purchase depending on your preference.

All of Technotrade Trading & Contracting WLL products offered are crafted using the finest materials.
Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
